Everyone has a story to tell, and I want to support yours! My goal as your editor is to maintain your unique voice while communicating the story you want. I work with authors from concept to publication, while focusing on structure, clarity, and consistency, to publish a book that you are proud of.

Developmental Editing
An overall analysis of your manuscript for structure, flow, plot, & publication readiness. Includes editorial letter with suggestions and pacing graphs. May include some elements of Line Editing for suggestions.

Line Editing
A line-by-line deep dive into your manuscript. Editing sentences for clarity, language, consistency, etc., while preserving your style and voice. Also called a substantive or content edit. Includes copyediting in rate.

Copyediting
A fine-tooth comb style edit for grammar, spelling, and punctuation on a finished manuscript. Editing completed according to Chicago Manual of Style, and a style guide should be provided by the author.

All editing services/packages will be performed in Microsoft Word with Track Changes.

Preferred genres include fantasy (Dark, High, Epic, Romantic, etc.), sci-fi, dystopian, and paranormal with queer/BIPOC main characters.
Please request a quote for any projects under 30k words.

Rush options may be available in some cases, for a fee.

Editing in American English or Australian/British English available.
Style Guide recommended for all fantasy books, but not required.
